About Jamie
Jamie Wilkes is the founder of Resolution Intelligence, where he helps architecture and professional-service businesses create greater clarity around how they work before introducing new systems or AI.
With more than 20 years of experience in architectural visualisation and the built environment, Jamie understands the pressures faced by project-based businesses: unclear workflows, knowledge held by individuals, slow decision-making and technology introduced without first understanding the underlying process.
His approach is built around a simple principle: clarity first, systems follow, AI comes later.
Alongside his consultancy work, Jamie writes Resolution Weekly, a newsletter exploring organisational clarity, better systems and the practical adoption of AI.

Jamie holds a BSc in CAD and Construction and an MSc in Digital Architecture and is currently completing an MBA at the University of Wolverhampton.
