How to Introduce AI into Your Practice Without Creating Chaos
Many architects recognise that AI is changing the profession.
New tools are appearing every week.
Clients are starting to ask questions.
Competitors are experimenting.
And it can feel increasingly difficult to know where to begin.
For many practices, the challenge isn't a lack of AI tools.
It's deciding where AI actually fits.
Over the last year, I've spoken with architects, visualisers, consultants and project-based businesses who are curious about AI but uncertain how to introduce it without creating additional complexity.
The technology is moving quickly.
But technology alone rarely solves business problems.
Without clarity around how work flows through a practice, where decisions are made, and where bottlenecks exist, AI can simply automate existing frustrations.
That's why I'm running a practical webinar exploring how architects can begin adopting AI in a structured and sensible way.

“A really worthwhile session with practical advice that made AI feel much less overwhelming. I came away with a much clearer idea of where to start and what to focus on before introducing AI into our practice.”
— Ali Sanduk

Why I’m running this webinar:
I've worked in architecture, construction and digital workflows for over 26 years and have run Resolution Studios since 2008, helping architects and developers communicate projects through visualisation.
Alongside running the business, I'm currently completing an MBA, with a particular interest in AI adoption, digital transformation and how project-based businesses can implement change successfully.
Rather than focusing on AI tools alone, my work explores how technology, systems and decision-making come together to create better business outcomes.

During the webinar we'll explore:
-
What AI actually is and why it matters to architects
-
The opportunities, risks and realities of AI in practice today
-
Practical use cases across design, project delivery, business development and practice management
-
Common mistakes firms make when adopting AI
-
Why many AI initiatives fail to deliver meaningful results
-
How clarity and systems create the foundation for successful AI adoption
-
A simple framework for introducing AI with confidence

“This webinar provided useful information on how to introduce AI into your practice. Jamie outlined practical ways of using AI which expanded my view of how we could use new platforms in a beneficial way. My main takeaway from the webinar was his point about getting things in order before introducing AI, rather than the other way round – a very important point! I would recommend this webinar as it’s a digestible and clear way of starting to think about AI for your practice.”
— Jesse Dupre, Delve Architects

Who is this webinar for?
-
Architects
-
Architectural Technologists
-
Practice Directors
-
Studio Leaders
-
Design Consultants
-
Owners of project-based businesses

This webinar is not:
❌ A technical software demonstration
❌ A prompt engineering masterclass
❌ A sales presentation for AI tools
Instead, it's a practical introduction to AI adoption for architects who want to understand where the technology can genuinely add value without disrupting the way their practice operates.

Why attend?
Most conversations about AI focus on generating images.
The bigger opportunity may be the other 80% of practice that happens before and after design.
If you're exploring AI and want a practical framework for deciding where it fits within your business, this session will provide a clear starting point.

“I found Jamie’s approach to AI adoption both practical and refreshing. The point about understanding processes before introducing AI really resonated with me. I came away with some great ideas and would definitely recommend the webinar to colleagues.”
